How do I pay my deposit?
You can pay through Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or our website checkout. Choose whichever is easiest for you, and your appointment is confirmed once it arrives.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in your deposit being forfeited. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited.
Does my deposit cover the rest of the service?
Your deposit goes toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. We'll confirm the remaining amount when you book.
